We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive General Department Assistant – Finance & HR (m/f) to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and would like to actively support the company’s HR and financial processes.
We are a Slovenian company with more than 20 years of experience in providing comprehensive services for construction projects. With a team of more than 30 experts, we participate in projects from concept design to execution. We operate both locally and internationally and specialize in industrial facilities.

Requirements
minimum completed Level V education (general secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification)
preferred educational background:
Economics
Public Administration
Business Administration
Organization and Management
knowledge in the fields of HR, economics, accounting, finance, and law (especially labor law) is an advantage
experience in administrative work in HR and finance
independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach to work
excellent command of the Slovenian language (written and spoken)
good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
ability to work with confidential information
previous experience in a similar work environment is an advantage
accuracy and consistency in administrative tasks
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
strong organizational skills and a responsible approach to work
Key responsibilities
entering incoming and outgoing invoices
preparing travel orders and payroll data (in cooperation with external accounting services)
monitoring open items, overdue receivables, and liabilities
preparing data for accounting purposes (collecting and coordinating documentation)
maintaining HR records and assisting with the preparation of employment contracts, amendments, and employee registrations/deregistrations with public institutions
maintaining and updating employee personnel files
supporting recruitment processes (job postings, collecting applications, coordinating interview schedules)
preparing documentation for new hires and supporting onboarding processes
organizing and archiving documentation (physical and digital records)
preparing correspondence, notices, and internal documents related to finance and HR
ensuring data accuracy in internal systems
communicating with and supporting employees by providing information regarding salaries, leave, and employment status
supporting management in HR interviews and recruitment processes
