We are hiring a Structural Draftsperson (m/f)

We are a well-established Slovenian engineering company with more than 20 years of experience in structural design, construction supervision, consulting engineering and project management. Our team works on a wide range of projects in Slovenia and abroad, with a strong focus on industrial, commercial, logistics and other technically demanding facilities.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our structural engineering team, you will be involved in:

• creating 3D models of reinforced concrete, steel and other structural systems,

• preparing structural layout drawings,

• producing formwork drawings,

• preparing reinforcement drawings,

• creating sections, details and other technical drawings,

• preparing material take-offs and quantity schedules,

• collaborating with structural engineers, designers from other disciplines and project team members,

• coordinating BIM models and project documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable person with an interest in structural engineering and 3D modelling.

Students with active student status who are interested in long-term cooperation are also welcome to apply.

Requirements

• completed secondary education,

• good spatial awareness and understanding of technical drawings,

• accuracy, responsibility and a systematic approach to work,

• basic computer skills,

• willingness to learn new software tools,

• ability to work independently as well as within a project team.

An educational background in civil engineering or another technical field is considered an advantage but is not required. More important are technical thinking, spatial awareness, precision and a genuine interest in structural engineering.

Experience with Revit, AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage but not mandatory. We also welcome candidates at the beginning of their careers and provide mentoring and training.
